 FUN WITH GD

 CCP STUFF

The GD Library is a fun resource to play with. You can make a complex clock or draw a simple line. With lots of stuff in between. Most servers that support PHP (any version) will probably have some version of the GD Library installed.
Most of the CCP scripts you find here will be pretty basic. I feel that the best way to learn something like this is to play with it. You will see many comment tags in these scripts. That is where I added notes to try to explain what something does.
At the bottom of this page you will find a few color tools & whatever Tip's or Hint's I have to offer. ~DAVE

 TIP'S & HINT'S

Once you output & upload/download your image as a PNG/JPG you can take it to ImageMagick & make the background transparent. But remember = depending on the color used some will look good on a light backgroud & bad on a dark one. (& vice versa) Just play with the script to get it just the way "YOU" want it. ~DAVE
